I’m a Canadian dancer & teacher — building cross-cultural bridges, inclusivity and spreading optimism to Canada’s coast to coast to coast.

Dance is a universal language. Similarly, when two different dances are blended, they become one in harmony. Ciara Fragomeno is a local Irish dancer. We decided to combine Irish dance with Punjabi Bhangra dance to create universal harmony for joy, hope, peace and positivity.

It was very nice to talk to Jill Macyshon from CTV News about the vaccine Bhangra dance on the frozen lake.

After a full day of snowfall, beautiful sunshine returned in the woods. I danced in picturesque nature for joy, hope, positivity. which I’m dispatching to Canada and beyond.

Half in English and half in Punjabi language, along with Punjabi Bhangra and Irish dance fusion, we made this video to promote “unity in diversity” in Canada and the world. When we hear divisive news in the media that separate people on the basis of religion, skin colours, backgrounds, and physical appearances, we decided to make this video to spread cultural harmony and bring positivity in our society. Instead of walls, let’s create bridges! We may look different, but we all are one human race. Thank you, Sechelt in the Sunshine Coast (British Columbia, Canada) for providing us your beautiful natural scenery to make our video look awesome! Thank you for watching our video! Love and Peace!

Mid-week happiness! Right from my cabin in the woods!
Sending love to farmers too!
